Ken Day, a native of Greensboro, NC, joined Allen and Pinnix in 1999. His practice emphasizes administrative law and government agencies and programs. He also has experience in public and corporate finance and securities. He began practice in New York City following his graduation of the University of North Carolina School of Law where he served on the North Carolina Law Review. He was a Morehead Scholar during his undergraduate education at UNC-Chapel Hill.
