Nathan Standley joined Allen, Pinnix & Nichols, P.A. as an associate in 2011. Mr. Standley counsels and represents clients in matters involving corporate transactions, antitrust law, and administrative law. He takes a holistic approach in helping clients solve problems and implement strategies for stability and growth.
Mr. Standley served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Elon Law Review and as a member of the Elon Moot Court Board. While in law school, Mr. Standley worked for the Revenue Section of the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and for the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Standley was a senior product manager at Capital One Financial Corporation, where he developed strategy and analysis for its consumer and small business lending divisions.
